We treat every house as a conversation between past and present. We study the architecture and the materials, then design with restraint - editing gently, never erasing.
Timeless over trendy, Respectful, never rigid. Founded by two preservationists with degrees from Penn’s Weitzman School and a decade of Main Line, Philadelphia and East Coast projects behind them.

Founded by two friends and a mutual obsession with floor plans
Katie and Erika met over moldings and patina. Between them: two Penn preservation degrees, institutional and residential practice, and a decade of old houses in Philadelphia, New York, and the Main Line .
